If I'm going to talk about my love for pesto I will never shut up, Basil
is my favorite herb and I can eat everything with pesto for the rest of my life
and never get bored.
Besides its tremendous benefits on our health, basil is a herb that is
so delicate and makes everything taste delicious and fresh.
So I recommend making a big batch and storing it in the fridge in little
ice cubes, so each one is a single serving ready to go on top of your pasta or
pizza when you are on a rush or just craving fresh pesto when it's out of
season.
serves 4
Ingredients:
·
1 cup basil
·
1 + 1/2 cups of spinach
·
2 tbs of parmesan cheese
·
60 ml of olive oil
·
2 cloves of garlic
·
1 tbs of flax seeds (optional)
·
black pepper
·
400g whole wheat pasta/gluten free pasta
Instructions:
1. put the water into a boil
2. wash the spinach and basil and peel the garlic
3. put everything in a mixer and mix until you get a smooth paste
4. boil the pasta for 8 minutes then drain
5. mix the pesto with the pasta and put more cheese on top and serve .
المكونات:
• 1 كاس حبق
• 1 + 1/2 كاس سبناخ
• 2 مغرفة كبيرة جبن البارميزان
• 60 مل زيت الزيتون
• 2 ثوم
• 1 تبس من بذور الكتان (اختياري)
• فلفل اكحل
• 400 غرام مقرونة القمح الكامل
الطريقة:
1. حط الماء يغلي
2. اغسل السبناخ والحبق وقشر الثوم
3. وحط كل شيء في خلاط وتخلط 2 دقايق
4. غلي المقرونة لمدة 8 دقائق و بعد صفيها
5. خلط البيستو مع المقرونة و زينها بالجبن.
