My love for cookies is endless, but not any cookies, I love
basic and simple oat cookies just like these so I hope you enjoy it like I am
enjoy eating a piece right now.
Ingredients:
- 120g (1 cup) oats
- 70g (¾ cup) whole wheat flour (oat flour for GF)
- 10g corn starch
- 50g black raisins
- 10g flaxseed meal
- 120g (½ cup) of dates sugar or brown sugar
- 70ml of canola oil
- 60ml of water
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Ground half of the quantity of oats into a food processor
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Preheat the oven on a 150°C
- Divide it into 20 balls and shape the cookies on a baking tray layered with a baking sheet
- Cook in the cookies for 10 minutes and serve
Ingrédients:
- 120g (1 tasse) d'avoine
- 70g (¾ tasse) de farine de blé complet (farine d'avoine pour GF)
- 10 g d'amidon de maïs
- 50g raisins noirs
- 10g de graines de lin en poudre
- 120g (½ tasse) de sucre de datte ou du sucre brun
- 70 ml d'huile de canola/colza
- 60 ml d'eau
- ½ cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille
- Pincée de sel
Méthode:
- Mouler la moitié de la quantité d'avoine dans un mixeur
- Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un bol
- Préchauffer le four à 150 ° C
- Diviser en 20 boules et former les cookies sur une plaque à four couverte par du papier cuisson
- Enfourner les cookies, et cuire pendant 10 minutes.
