I woke up this Sunday
morning early just to prepare this cake for breakfast
As a tunisian, sorghum
in one of my favorite flour, I eat everything that is made of sorghum, pastries,
cake, porridge … the sorghum cake is already a healthy alternative for a lot
of people but I made it even healthier with no sugar and less oil and flour,
which makes it easy to digest and eaten guilt free
I honestly can finish
this in 2 days by myself, but of course food is about sharing and enjoying, so definitely
I am going to share with family .

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of multicereal flour
- 2 cups of sorghum flour
- ½ cup of yogurt (100g)
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup dates puree
- ¼ cup of canola oil
- 1 sachet of baking soda
- Dried orange peel
- A handful of almonds and raisins
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl Start by mixing the eggs, yogurt and oil
- Add the dry ingredients and the milk and mix well
- Spread baking sheet in a rectangular mold and put the mixture in
- Decorate it with almonds raisins and sesame
- Put in the oven in a 170°C for 35 – 40 minutes

½ كاس ياغورت (100 غرام)
1 كاس خميرة مرطبات
1 كاس الحليب
3 عضمات
1 كاس تمر مرحي
¼ كاس من زيت الكانولا
قشر البرتقال المجففة
حفنة من اللوز والزبيب

كبيرة تحط عضم و الياغرت و الزيت و تخلط
كمل حط المكونات الجافة والحليب وتخلط مليح
حط الخليط في قالب مستطيل و زيينها بالزبيب
واللوز والجلجلان
حطها في الفور في 170 درجة مئوية لمدة 35 -
40 دقيقة
