These brownies are my go to healthy snack to make, because it’s so chocolaty, so sweet and so yummy . And of course sugar-free oil-free and why not gluten free.
As Chocolate is a common love among all the folks, trying these healthy brownies will make you addicted to it, I honestly came to the point of making two batches a week, but now I got it under control
The ingredients might seem Strange to some of you but trust me you won't notice, the taste of pumpkin won’t be present at all, and the texture is so moist.

Ingredients
- 15 pitted dates (about 1 1/4 cup)
- ¾ cup water
- ¾ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup oat flour or whole wheat flour or gluten free flour
- 1 egg (or for a vegan alternative add one flaxseed egg)
Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.
Blend the dates and water on high until very
smooth.
3.
Remove 1/4 cup of the date paste and set aside
for the frosting.
4.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
Blend on low speed until combined. Do not over blend.
5.
Line or lightly oil a baking pan. Place the
batter into the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 40 mins at 180°C.
6.
Let them cool completely before frosting.
7.
Enjoy at room temperature or I prefer them
chilled! Keep in the fridge for up to a week.
how can we make the pumpkin puree please ?
