Oat Breakfast


This is not just a breakfast, oats are not just oats but they are a bomb of micronutrients and fibre. 
So you kick your morning on a high note starting fresh and healthy while making sure that you wont feel hungry till lunch break
The recipe is really easy, you can prepare it overnight or just pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes and you are good to go.
It also depends on the seasonal fruits that you have, or you can add dark chocolate, bananas with peanut butter .. as always, Be creative.




serves 1
Ingredients:
½ cup of oats
½ cup (100g) of yogurt
½ cup (120ml) of milk 
Honey
Fresh fruits

Instructions:
1. Prepare this overnight, put oats milk and yogurt into a bowl a mix them
2. In the morning top the mixture with fresh fruits and honey


3. Or prepare this in the morning and put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (stop in between to stir)
