Ingredients :

15 pitted dates (about 1 1/4 cup)

¾ cup water
·
¾ cup (220g) yogurt
·
1/3 cup cocoa powder
·
1 cup oat flour or whole wheat flour or
gluten free flour
·
2 egg (or for a vegan alternative add 2
flaxseed egg)
·
1/4 cup of hazelnuts
·
salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Blend the dates and water on
high until very smooth.
3. Add the rest of the
ingredients to the blender. Blend on low speed until combined.
4. Line or lightly oil a baking
pan. Place the batter into the pan and spread evenly than add the hazelnuts.
5. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
