chocolat almond energy balls


These chocolate almond mini balls of heaven are so delicious that you literally can’t stop eating them, the icing on the cake is gluten free and raw vegan treats, they are perfect for a pre or a post workout snack, they also require just 4 basic ingredients and the recipe is very adjustable, it depends on what you have and what you prefer.



You can add chocolate chips, peanuts, apple sauce, raisins …

I personally added 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, because I love its taste and smell. 



Ingredients:

  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup crushed almonds 
  • ¼ cup date puree 
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder 
  • Shredded coconut 
  • A pinch of salt



Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl (you can add coconut oil if you want to)
  2. Mix them with your hands and form little balls
  3. Put them in coconut then into the fridge for 15 minutes at least and you are ready to go.


المكونات:
  • ½ كوب شوفان
  • ¼ كاس لوز مهروش
  • ¼ كاس تمر مرحي
  • 2 مغارف كبار مسحوق الكاكاو
  • جوز الهند
  • شوية ملح



الطريقة:

  1. حط كل شيء في صحفة (تنجم تزيد زيت جوز الهند كان تحب)
  2. خلطها بيديك وشكل الكرات
  3. حطها في جوز الهند وبعد في الثلاجة لمدة 15 دقيقة على الأقل.
