I used to make apple crumble every single week, it was one of my favorite desserts and snacks, especially in winter
times, I used to eat it straight from the oven, hot and crunchy but since as we all know it’s basically butter,
white flour and sugar, it’s not a very good idea for a healthy life style.
so
last week I came up with the idea of an alternative for this recipe, but I
didn’t only use apples, I used prunes, peach and dates too so it became a
dessert full of micronutrients; which are vitamins and minerals that helps
clear out the toxins from our bodies.
So long story short this is a great alternative and a
very easy one to make one of your favorite desserts and eat it guilt free :D
